چکیده
Crystal Violet is an inexpensive dyestuff used for silk, leather, paper dyeing and many different purposes. In addition, culture staining also frequently in microbiology. It has a very dense sticky dye. When the crystal violet dissolves water, it significantly reduces light transmittance disrupts natural environment balance. Adsorption method removal of such dyes. this study, as industrial waste, pirina was adsorbent substance with its thermally modified form. By using pyrolysis at 700 °C, biochar form obtained. Natural dye have been tried under adsorption conditions. For purpose, experiments were carried out dosages, initial concentrations contact times. The highest efficiencies are around 75% pirina, while 98% pirina. concentration studies performed against applied to Langmuir Freundlich isotherms found that fit model. time pseudo-first order, pseudo-second order intraparticle diffusion kinetic models, be According results experiment, observed thermal treatment caused great increase efficiency efficient material can remove from aqueous solutions.

In the present work, the simultaneous determination of Brilliant green (BG) and Crystal violet (CV) dyes with overlapped absorption spectra in binary mixture solution, was carreid out using the partial least squares (PLS) and direct ortogonal signal correction-partial least squares (DOSC-PLS) methods. The results obtained indicate that by applying DOSC on the calibration and prediction data for...
متن کاملRemoval of natural organic matter from aqueous solutions by electrocoagulation
Natural organic matter (NOM) affects some qualitative parameters of water such as color. In addition, it can deteriorate the performance of water treatment process including coagulation, adsorption, and membranes. NOM also reacts with chlorine in the chlorination process and may form disinfection by-products. The present study was carried out in laboratory-scale in a batch system using a cylind...
